Breakfast at Tiffany’s is an iconic movie with impeccable visuals including fun, retro interior design, amazing fashion and of course drama! It’s no wonder that so many women fall in love with the theme Breakfast at Tiffany’s. In fact, my husband even wanted to know what the fuss was about and watched the movie with me not too long ago! This classic story is brought to life with some great visual themes. Let’s start with the basics. You can start a perfect Breakfast at Tiffany’s party with these next few items for your table and a backdrop. I would throw a white table cloth under the table runner, just to keep it looking formal. But, check out the items below:

I love these faux hydrangeas. They look super beautiful and are made of a durable silk and plastic blend. The pack comes with 10 stems and a good sized stem at 9.8 inches. The stems can also be cut easily, if you want to use a smaller vase. Please note the vase pictured does not come with the flowers. But, I would suggest checking out your local Dollar Tree or 99 Cent store to find cheap glassware for your table top!

I think I have a small obsession with diamond table scatter. I actually used these for my wedding centerpieces! Diamond table scatter adds a sense of formality and luxuriousness to party decor. You can scatter it around the full table, or maybe you want to keep it centered around your hydrangea flowers. However you’d like to use it, it is sure to be a big crowd pleaser! Table runners add such an easy pop to a table setting. It’s by far the easiest way to dress up a table! I love this one because it looks expensive (but isn’t – seriously, it’s $7). It’s hard to tell in the small picture, but it is covered in small, fancy sequins. It’s also 72″ long, so it’s going to fit a lot of tables! If your table is longer, you can get two and overlap right in the middle. Then put a centerpiece, or some food, over that meeting point.

- Don’t go overboard on decor! I know it’s tempting, but keep it simple. Your Breakfast at Tiffany’s party will be more elegant. Stick to one backdrop, with balloons, some table decor, and various pieces throughout the room.
- Stick to three colors max. Think Silver, Tiffany Blue and White. You can totally use different shades of the same color as well. So, you’re good to go with lighter or darker versions of Tiffany Blue too!
- Don’t forget you’re going to need things like scissors and tape! Don’t wait until the day of your party to find out you don’t have them!

Tips & Tricks for Snacks and Tableware:
- Keep it simple! Use the plastic plates for easy cleanup, made food that is quick and easy!
- For food, think small bites. It would be easy to keep on theme while providing things like tea sandwiches or small appetizers. That way people can eat, mix, mingle and have fun. Or, you could go the opposite and do a totally formal sit down dinner. I have a tendency to be simple and keep things light.
- But, don’t have too many drink options. Stick to one cocktail, one non-alcoholic option (like soda) and, of course, don’t forget water! Then finish the night off with some coffee, so people can cap off their evening warm and fuzzy!

A Breakfast at Tiffany’s party isn’t complete without a fancy outfit! Everyone remembers Audrey Hepburns classic little black dress. In the party scene she is seen wearing a black and silver costume necklace and some big earrings. In other scenes, when she is walking the streets of New York, she has on the pearls. But, it’s really your choice! I have some options for both below. Don’t forget the lipstick or lashes too!
1.Little Black Dress
This is the ultimate little black dress! It’s flirty, classy and flattering. It comes in multiple sizes from XS to L. It is 100% cotton, which makes it super comfortable. Not only is it perfect for your Breakfast at Tiffany’s party, but you can wear it to other life events, like cocktail parties, work functions, and girl’s night!

Tips & Tricks for Breakfast at Tiffany’s Party Outfits:
- Less is more. Keep the style simple. Add one or two main pieces for statements, like a necklace. Otherwise, keep it simple! Same goes for makeup. You’ll notice in the movie she doesn’t go heavy on makeup. But, just a highlight of the lip and eyes are perfect!
- Decide the vibe of your party ahead of time. Is it going to be fancy? Do the dress! If you’re keeping it more laid back, and maybe doing more of a girl’s night, maybe have fun and invite everyone to come in their PJs and you can do the Audrey sleepshirt! However, it is all up to you.

Party favors are sometimes my favorite part of a party. I think because you can really make them emphasize the theme. There are plenty of Tiffany’s themed party favors available, but, these are some of my favorites. I mean, if you can actually get people the little blue box, more power to you, but, that is definitely not in my budget! And, check out some of these other options:

This is as close as my butt will ever get to buying a bunch of people a little blue box! Fill them with candy, or little fake rings, anything that might fit in a 2×2 box.
